San Francisco evenings are not warm and it was not the case when I took this photo. Fog was about to roll in from the Golden Gate and wind was picking up. July, 2011. Advertisements
How I wish I were there to celebrate the Midsommar Day in person… But I leave for Stockholm in less than 10 days. Hope to explore outside Stockholm this time and photograph the country side!
Every now and then, I try to capture my cats’ nap but they often sense it and open their eyes. This is one of rare shots that I succeeded in capturing their nap. How peaceful!
Sometimes I run into interesting subjects. This is one of them. City of Long Beach has bike racks all over the city, and they are all fun looking. Great way to get people on their bikes. May, 2012.
Nicknamed “the Cream Cheese Car”, this No. 1060 streetcar is one of a few purchased from Philadelphia Rapid Transit Company. July, 2011.
I like the different texture in this photo. Curvy clouds, spiky trees and silky water. Boston by the Charles.
Colors in Gamla Stan are fantastic. Not just the colors of buildings, but the flag, summer flowers, trees, etc. Like this photo capturing people having a quick break during their visit to Gamla Stan. August, 2010.
Park lights picking up green off of the fresh Spring lawn and trees. Night’s silence is a big contrast from day time vibrancy in this popular park in the middle of Boston.
Colors, water, summer, and that’s fun! Just outside Moderna Museet in Skeppsholmen. Sculptures by Niki de Saint Phalle. Stockholm, August 2010.
These seagulls are such a tease. They fly over the ferry boats in the bay and strike a pose for us photographers for a second and fly away. I was lucky to get this shot on the way to Alcatraz Island.
